Information We Collect
When you submit an application, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, city, written application details, uploaded photos, and basic technical information such as the IP address used to submit the form.
How We Use It
We use applicant information to review model submissions, communicate about opportunities, match applicants with current campaigns, and maintain internal booking records. We do not charge application fees and we do not sell applicant data.
Photo Handling
Uploaded photos are stored outside the public website by default, or on a private persistent storage path when configured for production. Photos are reviewed internally for casting and screening purposes only.
Retention
Application information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for casting, communication, administrative follow-up, or legitimate recordkeeping. Applicants may request deletion by contacting info@hirehernow.com.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing info@hirehernow.com. Include enough detail for us to identify your application.
